By accessing or using the SADIA - Animal Health platform, you expressly agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the stated conditions, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Description of Services

SADIA is an innovative digital platform in the Republic of Guinea-Bissau that facilitates veterinary health management for pet owners. Available services include:

• Online booking for veterinary appointments in partner clinics.
• Requesting home veterinary care in Bissau and served regions.
• Management of the Electronic Vaccination Card and medical history.
• Smart notification system for appointments and treatments.
• Secure processing of digital payments (Mobile Money, cards, and transfers).

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of SADIA, you must create a user account by providing true, accurate, and up-to-date data (name, email, phone, and location in Guinea-Bissau).

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (password) and for all activities carried out under their account.

4. Relationship with Veterinarians

SADIA acts as a technological intermediary connecting pet owners with duly accredited veterinary professionals in Guinea-Bissau. Technical responsibility, diagnosis, and medical acts performed are exclusively the responsibility of the attending veterinarian.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

The prices for services provided by partner veterinarians are clearly displayed before appointment confirmation. Payments can be made via digital methods supported by the system.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphic elements, source codes, and databases of the SADIA system are the exclusive property of SADIA or duly licensed, and are protected by applicable copyright law in Guinea-Bissau.

7. Limitation of Liability

SADIA makes every effort to keep the platform online and secure 24 hours a day. However, it is not responsible for third-party internet connectivity failures or force majeure events beyond the platform's reasonable control.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Guinea-Bissau. Any emerging disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bissau.
